Flicking The Vs

I was having a friend over for tea and had no cake in the house and was a little cupcaked out having made these for the G family the same day so I decided to make some biscuits.  I remembered that Viennese Fingers had gone down quite well with Mr Right's work colleagues some years ago and hadn't made any since so I decided to have another bash at them.


They're dead simple just a biscuit dough piped out onto a baking sheet, zapped in the oven for 15 minutes, cooled and the ends dipped in plain chocolate.


Melt in the mouth perfection and just enough chocolate to give you a fix without being sickly sweet.
